26 Oct QUEANBEYAN TRADE DAY FOR ACM PARTS

Scores of major repairers, insurers and assessors learnt more about new Australian supplier ACM Parts at a trade day in Queanbeyan, NSW, this month.

It was the second successful trade day for ACM Parts, which ran an event at its Huntingwood facility earlier this year. More than XXX industry members attended the events.

ACM Parts CEO Mike Kirkman said the events were a great way to introduce ACM Parts’ range of collision and mechanical parts to repairers and the wider industry.

“Trade days are an important opportunity for ACM Parts to demonstrate its commitment to giving repairers an easy, affordable alternative for sourcing parts,” Mr Kirkman said.

“It’s a chance for us to talk in person with industry about the wide range of high-quality new and recycled parts we have, and how we see the parts industry developing in Australia.”

The Queanbeyan open day included a presentation on the testing process behind NSF Certified Parts, which are tested locally to ensure they match OE parts for fit, form, and function.

“NSF Certified parts are new to the Australian market and the number of part types available is growing. During the Open Day, we explained the NSF certification process and took questions on how it works,” Mr Kirkman said.

“These parts are certified for OE equivalence for fit, form and function by NSF International and are tested locally on Australian cars.

“There is enormous interest in and appetite for these parts, and people appreciate the chance to see them first hand and ask questions about the certification process.”

ACM Parts is committed to working with the Australian parts supplier network to drive a better and more efficient outcome for repairers and consumers.
